Attic Insulation

The attic accounts for a large share of a home's heat loss. We install blown-in or batt insulation based on your roof's configuration, with a vapor barrier and proper ventilation to prevent ice damming and mold.

Decontamination

Attic Decontamination

A contaminated attic (mold, rodent droppings, vermiculite) needs to be decontaminated before any new insulation goes in. We safely remove the contaminated insulation, clean the space and prepare it for compliant re-insulation.

What types of insulation do you offer?
We specialize in residential attic, wall and basement insulation, for both new construction and renovations. We also offer attic decontamination.
What do you do if my attic is contaminated?
If your attic has mold, rodent droppings or vermiculite, we safely remove the contaminated insulation, clean the space, and then carry out a complete re-insulation. Decontamination is always assessed during your free estimate.
Am I eligible for a rebate?
It depends on your project and what programs are currently available in Ontario. We check your exact eligibility at no cost during your free estimate.
How long does the work take?
Timing varies with the scope of the project — a standard attic is usually done in a day, while a wall or basement project can take 2 to 5 days. We give you a precise timeline with your estimate.
